Open with the invitation — what the event is, where it happens, and why someone should come.

Add what attendees can do while they are there, and whether registering guarantees them a place.

Summarise what the event offers

Say who is hosting and who the partners are, then lead into the highlights:

• Add a highlight of the event
• Add another highlight
• Add a third highlight

Close with a note on registering — whether walk-ins are welcome, or when places run out.
