Natie brings 15+ years of experience managing IAM programs and currently leads Advisory and Engineering Delivery at Arcova. He specializes in strategy development, technical delivery, and organizational change management, successfully guiding IAM implementations across commercial organizations.
Jane Kaplan
Senior Director, IAM
Jane has 14+ years of experience delivering IAM solutions and leads Arcova’s Managed IAM Operations team, overseeing global resources for long-term client engagements. She focuses on improving IAM programs across IGA, Authentication, and PAM technologies and previously held a senior management role at a Big 4 firm.
Nate Galimore
Director, IAM Co
Nate has 10+ years of experience building IAM programs and implementing technologies, with expertise in authentication and authorization. He leads Arcova’s Center of Excellence and manages complex technical implementations, having previously architected large-scale IAM deployments for Ping Identity and other global organizations.
